Does Alconia install materials?
Alconia supplies materials and does not provide installation. We can recommend experienced contractors for your project. Coordinate installation directly with the contractor and follow the product manual.
Can I get a quote without measurements?
No. An accurate quote requires all measurements of the area to be roofed. The customer must verify measurements and material calculations with their contractor. Alconia is not responsible for calculations and does not accept returns once the goods have been delivered.
What do prices include?
They are references from supplied catalogues, plus ITBMS. Confirm validity, accessories, delivery and availability with sales.
Do you deliver outside the city?
Alconia advertises nationwide delivery. Share location and access details to confirm cost and scope.
Which warranty applies?
Request the model and supply terms in writing. Material coverage and installation are separate matters.
